Senior Rep Commitment

Please read each statement carefully before submitting your application. All acknowledgments below are required.

Important: The $150 Senior Rep session fee is required only after selection.

If selected, payment must be received within 7 calendar days of the selection notification to secure your position.

The $150 session fee is non-refundable.

Because Senior Reps are high-school students, we want to make sure a parent or legal guardian is aware of the application and understands the basic commitment involved if their student is selected.

By checking the acknowledgments below, the parent or legal guardian confirms awareness of the student's application and understands the $150 session fee requirement and non-refundable policy.
