- What are your hours?

We don't keep traditional hours like most businesses. Our schedules are built upon our client's needs. Therefore, if you have an event at zero dark thirty, we'll be ready and waiting! Tell us when you need us and we'll be there!
- Where are you located?

We are located in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada (at least that's what the sign says anyway).
We service Southern Nevada - Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Laughlin, Bullhead City (AZ), Pahrump, Mesquite, Moappa Valley and Beatty.We are willing and able to travel further, so please feel free to inquire!
- Do you accept reservations?

We absolutely accept reservations and we prefer reservations! This way we are able to service multiple clients and multiple locations.
**A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date**
Remember, the early bird catches the worm!
- What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, checks and most all major credit cards. We are also able to accept several electronic forms of payment, such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay and Zelle.
Paying by check? Please note that your photos will be held until the check clears. Likewise, there will be a $29 service fee for insufficient funds.
- How soon can I expect the photos?

Printed photos usually take between 4-6 weeks, depending on what is ordered and how busy the lab is. However, digital prints are available within hours of your event's completion.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

You may reschedule or cancel your booking, should the need arise. 24 hours notice is preferred.
**Cancellations: deposits are non-refundable.**
